Material Formulation: High-grade Pure Acrylic Solid Surface (~60% Aluminum Trihydrate/ATH + ~40% Polymethyl Methacrylate/PMMA resin), engineered for thermoforming flexibility, color stability, and durable performance.
Thermoforming: Heated to approximately 160°C and precision-formed into cylindrical or oval curves to achieve the desired 3D shapes and dimensions.
Seamless Joining & Finishing: Color-matched acrylic adhesive is used to create smooth, visually seamless joints, maintaining the non-porous surface continuity of the solid surface material.
Unlike rigid quartz or porcelain, pure acrylic solid surface allows large-radius deep thermoforming. We produce smooth round and oval tubes with invisible seams and contrasting inlaid colored rims.
